Rabbi Moshe Yona Rosenfeld

Led the home for thirty-eight years. Built Girls Town Jerusalem. Launched Nivcheret. Still consults daily on every major decision.
Rachel Cohen
- Head Mentor
Oversees the mentorship program - the system of older girls and graduates who walk each new arrival through her first year. Twenty-two years on staff.
Devorah Frankel
- Director of Stories & Communications
Writes the letters that go out every month. Sits with each graduate before a story is published. Makes sure no girl is reduced to a fundraising line.
Dr. Yael Steinberg
- Medical Director
Pediatrician. Trained at Hadassah. Joined in 2014 to build the medical and trauma-care program for Nivcheret. On call to all four homes.
Mrs. Wertheimer
- Clothing & Laundry Coordinator
Makes sure every girl arrives at a Shabbos table in clean clothes that fit. Thirty-one years on staff. Knows every name. Forgets none.
