Mexico City Cocktail

Our second annual Mexico City cocktail returns to Polanco on December 1. Last year's inaugural reception brought together one hundred and forty supporters from across the Mexico City Jewish community - many of whom had been giving to the home for decades through their parents and grandparents, and were meeting Rabbi Chaim Elazar for the first time. This year we expect closer to two hundred.

The evening is structured as a cocktail reception, not a seated dinner. Drinks and a substantial spread of canapés. A fifteen-minute presentation from Rabbi Chaim Elazar in Spanish (his Spanish is improving - last year's joke about it landed; this year there will be a new one). Brief remarks from two graduates of the home, both now living in Mexico City. Plate is $150. Sponsorship opportunities at $2,500 and $5,000.
