We are a 75-year-old home in Jerusalem, registered as a charity in three countries, and we accept gifts from donors around the world. That comes with responsibility - to your data, to your money, and to the trust you have given us. These pages spell out the rules we hold ourselves to. They are written in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us at office@blphome.org and a human will answer.
All policies are reviewed annually. Last review: January 2026.
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Covers GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and Mexico's LFPDPPP.
Rules of the road for using blphome.org. The short version: be kind, be honest, and the donation buttons mean what they say.
Our registrations in the US (501(c)(3)), Mexico (Donataria Autorizada), and Israel (Section 46). Receipt timing, stock gifts, DAFs, and annual statements.
We use Plausible analytics, which is cookieless. The site sets one cookie - a session token for the donation flow - and nothing else.
