Even as the Bayit Lepleitot staff puts in every effort to create a haven for the girls, they quietly strive to prepare them for the day that they will spread their own wings. The older girls receive personal career counseling and are assisted in choosing a career that is most suitable for their unique strengths and capabilities. The classes are then fully paid
for and followed, paving the way to a brighter, self-sufficient future for each of Bayit Lepleitot’s girls.
