Last week, the girls got a “taste” of what a family Shabbos table looks like. As part of the marriage preparatory course, the older girls spent a few exciting weeks learning how to “make” Shabbos.  From basic concepts such as baking challah, learning which foods can be made in advance and which must be made fresh, and setting the table, to subtleties such as the right atmosphere for the Shabbos table, the girls now feel far more prepared and excited to begin creating their own Shabbos tables, be’ezras Hashem.
